Drove down to the Nashville area today with my family. A good uneventful drive, which is a good thing in a 18 year old Explorer with a 185k on it. I’m hoping the weather cooperates for the drive back Sunday, as I’d rather not drive in a snow storm or some shit like that. Have a good night folks.

Absolutely time for a beer. We’re thinking of taking our 17 year old Odyssey on yet another major road trip next summer. I think it’s up to it. It’ll be another 3500 miles on a van with 218k so far. Glad you made it safely.

It’s been nine-ish years since I spent any appreciable amount of time in Nashville, but back then, Yazoo Brewing was almost the only game in town as far as craft beer. In fact, I think they had only recently moved into their upgraded digs in The Gulch at that point. I imagine a lot has changed around town since then.
